Ready to serve and get outside the gym to utilize our fitness
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) & Bethel Church have partnered to renovate the gymnasium stage/studio into a Functional Fitness space for all ages and abilities. Through the influence of coaches, with physical fitness, this future exercise community, will be equipped to serve. A space to invite, build relationships, and sharpen each other physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Classes will be Coach-led and fee-based, like other similar gyms, fees will subsidize non-profit outreach programs/classes to community organizations and demographics, as well as cover operations and maintenance costs. Outreach ministries projected: The Forge, Mirror Ministry, marriage/family classes, veterans (Team RWB), The Phoenix sobriety support, Special Needs, Columbia Industries, youth and more.
This space creates opportunities to form deeper communities with consistent classes. FCA Fitness is excited to engage, equip and empower our community in overall wellness!

You can register for a Trial Week (for up to 3 free classes that week). This can be done anytime and is best after you've completed an Orientation. Click on the Free Trial Week above.

You are not alone! You can expect to be treated with respect and orientated into the class best for you. You'll attend gym orientation with peers and after a month or so of classes, you will schedule a 1-on-1 with a coach to discuss your goals, baseline your physical ability, and walk along side you in gettting started.
Yes! We love children while using fitness and discipleship.
KidsFit classes are session based (e.g. 6 week sessions in Fall, Winter, Spring) and start with age 5 (must be in kindergarten) through age 12 (5th grade). KidsFit is a 45-minute FUN and engaging class that uses a combination of functional movements, plyometrics, games and workouts to build strength and conditioning for our younger athletes. Teamwork will be incorporated; as well as learning elements of gymnastics, fundamentals to weight lifting but focused on body weight movements, running, jumping, and more!

Teens can join adult classes with coach approval. Additionally, they can cross-train to become a KidsFit Junior Coach alongside our coaches. Let us know if your Middle School or High School student is interesting in development to become a co-coach in KidsFit classes.
Yes! If you have Functional Fitness experience, you can drop-in anytime. Click on the membership link below to get your Drop-in scheduled and waiver signed.
If you do not have experience, come to an Orientation first to get started so we can support you starting well.
No but you are always welcome.
Anyone with an unlimited membership or punchcard can attend "Coaches Open Gym" - this is the same as a class setting with exception that the coach will be working out with the class.
Sorry! This space is built around community and coaching. All use of the space will be Equip Coach-led, even Open Gym classes. We will offer Open Gym opportunities based on Coach availability.
