Get moving over winter break with us at Equip’s KidsFit Winter Clinic for a day of holiday fitness and fun!
Clinic will consist of functional fitness movements, active games, and huddle time that coaches will be discipling your child to know Jesus. We will coach the entire wellness of your child (body, mind and spirit) through material from Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
Bring water bottle, snack and clothes/shoes to run and move!
Age: 1st-5th grade
